JumpScout Privacy Policy

JumpScout, Inc., (“JumpScout”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy exists to help you understand what information JumpScout collects, how we collect and use it, and what choices you have.

If you use JumpScout’s products or services, further information may also be provided in our Terms and Conditions and our Software License Agreement.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is data relating, describing, or identifying a person (directly or indirectly) that can be used to help uniquely identify them. You may be asked to provide personal information when in contact with or using JumpScout. Some of JumpScout’s products and services are dependent upon certain requested personal information, if you choose not to provide us with that data we may not be able to provide you with some or all of the service.

If you are a leader of a team, such as a coach or athletic director of a high school sports program, then JumpScout may use your personal information to provide and customize our products and services, and send you marketing communications related to our products and services.

Where you are not a leader of a team (such as an athlete), and have consented to us using your personal data for marketing purposes, we may use your information to conduct data analysis or to send you updates (marketing and product related) and news concerning JumpScout. At any time you can alter your choice of consent to us using your information for marketing purposes by emailing us at support@jumpscout.com.

For all jumpscout.com users, we may use your data for purposes such as support, data analysis, and research to improve our products, services, and customer communications. JumpScout may share personal information and use it as described in this Privacy Policy. Personal information may be combined with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising.

This Privacy Policy does not cover and does not restrict what we do with data that is aggregated and anonymized.

We may also collect such information when you contact us in person (for example, at conferences, workshops, and other events), via mail, telephone, or email. When you send us an email, that address is recorded automatically for purposes of response. If you represent a team, such as a coach or athletic director of a high school, by providing your email address, you are subscribing to our marketing and product updates.
